Shipping Policy
- You will receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once your product has shipped. However, we cannot guarantee delivery time due to unforeseeable situations.
- The international shipping company does not promise a certain arrival time or include weekends in its accelerated delivery options.
- At checkout, international shipping prices are calculated based on the country and weight of the order.
- Local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are liable for all tariffs, taxes, and shipping charges to and from the country of origin for products that are refused at delivery.
Return Policy
- Full-priced merchandise can be returned to Amymends.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Please fill out our return form to get a refund. Once the form is submitted, a confirmation email will be issued.
- Returns must be received by Amymends.com in their original condition, with all tags, designer packaging, and other items that may have come with your purchase.
- Unless an item is damaged or Amymends made a shipment error, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All special orders and sales are final sales and cannot be returned.
- We will send you a confirmation email (info@amymends.com) once your returned items have been received and verified. However, we retain the right to refuse any goods that do not comply with the return policy.
- Within 14 business days of being accepted, your refund will be processed, after which we will automatically credit your account through your original mode of payment.
